IllustratingChristy began as a way to reclaim my confidence by illustrating women of color and the features we’re often insecure about. Through art, I learned to love the things that made me unique, and I wanted to help others do the same.

Now, my art has grown into something even bigger... Nima — a celestial kitty who represents the insecurities we all face, no matter who we are. She’s a reminder that even in the darkest moments, your light is still there, waiting to shine.
